Supply lines, drains, water heater, pressure, and fixture function.
Heating, cooling, ductwork, and ventilation — all tested under load.
Walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, and built-in appliances.
Your Report
Within 24 hours of your inspection (often the same day), you'll receive a digital report you can read on any device. Each finding includes photos, a severity rating, and plain-language description.
